Sarah Townson is a Texas Broker and founder of Townson Real Estate. After teaching math for 14 years in Rockwall ISD, she brings the same passion for helping others, attention to detail, and clear communication to real estate. She is committed to providing honest guidance, strategic marketing, and personal care throughout every transaction.

Sarah believes real estate should feel straightforward, not overwhelming. She takes the time to truly listen to her clients and makes it a priority that they feel informed, protected, and genuinely supported from start to finish. Her approach is grounded in honesty, strong relationships, and the Golden Rule, with a simple mission: to serve people well.

Sarah is married to her high school sweetheart, who is a high school football coach, and is a proud mom to a middle schooler who keeps the family busy with sports. When they’re not at a game or practice, she enjoys spending time with her family and loves building, designing, and creating organized spaces.

Heather believes a successful transaction is about more than getting to the closing table. She approaches each client relationship with integrity, transparency, and dedication, with the goal of creating a positive experience that clients can feel good about long after the keys are handed over.

Outside of real estate, Heather’s life is centered around family and community. She and her husband are raising six sons. Their family stays busy with sports, activities, and community service, and giving back through organizations such as the Young Men’s Service League and other local nonprofits is an important part of their lives.
